Terms of Service

1.Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Operator and users concerning the use of the Service.

By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The handling of information in the Service is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

2.The Service

The Service is a free browser game about running a maid cafe. No account registration is required, and there are no payments or purchases.

The content of the Service is fictional. The game includes themes such as alcohol, late-night business, and Japan's Act on Control and Improvement of Amusement Business (the Entertainment Business Act). We do not set an age restriction, but please use the Service with the understanding that it contains these themes.

The Service is in beta. The Operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or end it, without notice. When the version changes, save data from earlier versions may no longer load.

3.Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• access, or attempt to access, the Service's servers or networks without authorization;
• send excessive requests, including by automated means, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
• cause nuisance, disadvantage, or harm to other users or third parties, or infringe their rights, reputation, or credibility; or
• act in violation of laws, regulations, or public order and morals.

If the Operator determines that a user has engaged in any of these acts, the Operator may restrict that user's use of the Service without prior notice.

4.Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the programs, text, images, pixel art, and other works included in the Service belong to the Operator or to their rightful owners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly transmit these works beyond the scope of private use. You may, however, post your game results using the Service's sharing features.

5.Disclaimer

The Operator does not warrant that the Service is accurate, complete, useful, fit for a particular purpose, or free of defects. Results in the game are fictional and do not represent the outcome of running a real business.

Save data is stored in your browser. If save data is lost because browser data is cleared, a device fails, the Service is updated to a new version, or for any other reason, the Operator cannot restore it and is not responsible for the loss.

The Operator is not responsible for any damage to users caused by the suspension, stoppage, or end of the Service, or by changes to its content.

The preceding paragraphs do not apply to damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.

6.Changes to these Terms

The Operator may change these Terms when it considers it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

If you use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

7.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any dispute between the Operator and a user concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator's head office as the court of first instance.
